DESCRIPTION:<p>The FIDE Arbiters’ Seminar is going to be organized from 15/
 11/2024 to 17/11/2024 in Ranchi\, Jharkhand\, by the All India Chess Feder
 ation\,<span class='fontstyle0'> under the auspices of FIDE. </span></p>\n
 <p>The Lecturer will be IA Dharmendra\, Kumar (IND)\, FIDE Lecturer\, and

 nglish.</p>\n<p>The Seminar will give norms and titles of FIDE Arbiter\, a
